1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chainberry's services—including but not limited to its SDKs, APIs, dashboards, and website—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Chainberry provides non-custodial technical infrastructure to businesses. This includes wallet management SDKs, KYT screening integrations, financial reporting tools, and APIs for blockchain-based operations. We do not offer wallet custody, exchange services, or end-user financial management.

3. No Custody or Financial Advice

Chainberry does not store, hold, or control end-user assets. All infrastructure provided is non-custodial. Nothing in our services should be interpreted as legal, tax, or financial advice.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Managing access to their own end-users and partners.
• Integrating Chainberry's services according to published documentation.

5. Account Access & Termination

Chainberry may suspend or terminate access to its services at any time for violation of these terms, security risks, or abuse. We may restrict certain features without notice during maintenance, testing, or development.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, documentation, and code samples provided by Chainberry are protected intellectual property. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or rebrand without explicit written consent.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chainberry LLC will not be liable for:

• Loss of funds or revenue
• Downtime or service interruption
• Compliance failures on the client's side

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
